The project’s mission is to develop a modern platform for the largest specialized provider of laser tattoo removal and fading services in the world. Our mission as a team is to help our client grow its business by streamlining its sales & contact center process and increasing customer engagement. So far, we've done these by extending the appointment platform's capabilities and the website. Besides these, our client aims to increase the sales team and contact center productivity by using a CRM platform (Salesforce) customized for their needs.

We are looking for an analytical, collaborative and dependable SalesForce Developer to work on everything related to the quality of our delivery.

Experience:

• 3+ years SalesForce development experience

• .NET knowledge is nice to have

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Understand Salesforce architecture and data model – know when to develop declaratively and when to use programmatic development

• Lead by example through the implementation of challenging and complex components

• Foster best practices and maintain regular reporting and work progress

• Communicate and share information with other team members and stakeholders

• Mentor other developers

• Be open-minded & proactive, don’t settle for what is required

• Participate in discussions with clients and team members about technical best practices and help teams identify optimal technical solutions

• Develop and maintain Lightning applications using up to date Salesforce technologies

• Good knowledge of Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Controllers, Lightning Components, Lightning for Outlook, Lightning Web Components, SOSL, SOQL

• Experience in any of the following Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

Tech stack:

• Salesforce.com development

• Lightning Web Components, Lightning Data Service, Lightning Framework, Visualforce, APEX programming, Aura components, Force.com APIs, SOQL and Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON, ...)

• JavaScript, HTML, XML and CSS skills

• Data Loader, Process Builders, and Workflows

• Agile execution frameworks and tools (Scrum, Jira, Confluence, ...)

Skills:

• Strong experience with SalesForce.com development

• OO languages (Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc)

• Experience with relational databases

• Proficient in web services (SOAP or REST)

• Good command of English

• SalesForce Developer certifications
